This is not really a recipe so much as it is the sharing of an idea meant to inspire you to create your own little works of art with your favorite goat cheese as the ready canvas for your culinary imagination
This recipe came to me via my daughter Anna who makes homemade pizza probably once a week. It is not only super simple, but it produces the most fabulous crust.
I have included two of my favorite toppings recipes, Margherita and Prosciutto with Creme Fraiche and Caramelized Onions. But go crazy with your own fabulous creations.
